Annisa Cheung’s past works include electronic and experimental music, installation, dance and short film soundtrack, chamber and orchestral music. Taking inspiration from daily trivia, her research interest lies in exploring the crossroads of vibration and senses, sound and emotions, as in lived experiences, memories, and tactility of the body.

As nnscya, she also wanders between musical genres. Finding it difficult to settle on any single style for her work, she would reluctantly describe her work as experimental, electronic, weaving in vocals with a touch of noise, at times heading into territories with a more tonal and easier listening approach.
